2. No Educational Advice or Prediction

2.1 The outputs generated by the Service are based entirely on historical performance data and do not indicate future results.

2.2 Statistical comparisons, confidence intervals, p-values, effect sizes and other metrics are descriptive only and do not imply causation or the quality of teaching or provision of any school.

2.3 You acknowledge that STT outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the scope of this Service, including but not limited to pupil ability, home environment, tutoring, and exam variation.

2.4 No analysis provided by the Service should be used as the sole basis for decisions affecting a child's education.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

4.3 The Service does not store or retain identifiable personal data, and any uploaded files may be deleted automatically after processing.

5. Limitations of the Service

5.2 No guarantee is given that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

8. Termination of Access

8.1 The operator may suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms or uses the Service in a manner deemed inappropriate or harmful.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1 The operator may update these Terms from time to time.

9.2 Continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
